The third article in this series takes you step by step through the process of creating Google Forms. Google Forms are online forms that are used to collect information. Once created and the web address is shared, the web page looks to the respondent like a simple form. After a respondent submits a completed form, their answers are automatically recorded on the Google spreadsheet that was made when the form was created.
