Rating 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, Way Cool!

Not your standard Amazon Trail (of the Trail Series). This is a teacher regulated game where you can lead the students on various journeys as you work this into your curriculum. I think this would be especially nice for teachers here in Nashville where we have core curriculum with a standardized lesson for all teachers. This is a great hands-on approach that will take little time and more students can play. Since this is not the standard game (that can go on for hours--which is nice in a self-contained room), a teacher can manage it more readily.

My daughter worked with this independently for a time, but never liked it very well. I think she would like it integrated into a lesson. This is where the binder and illustrated lessons come in handy. Very hands-on, and would compliment any lesson in science, social studies or English/Language Arts.

This would not work as well in a Life Skills class, but would also be great in a Resource classroom.
