We've had an awfully good time with this web class about assistive technology implementation strategies. It addresses a number of ways that assistive technology consultants and educators who support students who use AT can plan and develop strategies for increasing the likelyhood that AT will be used once the assessment is over and the device has been purchased.
The cost of this class includes two hours of credit from Portland State University (graduate or undergraduate, credit and we are on a quarter system). It's a great opportunity to collaborate and discuss issues with AT providers from all over the country. I've attached the registration flyer in case you are interested.
If you know anyone who might want to take the class, please share it with them. And have a wonderful day!
