StickerPIX is software for Macintosh or PC's to create minature photo stickers. With your digitized photo, from a scanner, digital camera, video capture device, or PhotoCD, you can create mini stickers on an inkjet printer. We used StickerPIX in a vocational classroom which serves people with a disability. StickerPIX was very easy to use and allowed us to use digital pictures very easily (supports TWAIN compliant devices). StickerPIX comes with a graphics library and pre-made templates for creating stickers. But you can also import other graphics and customize text. StickerPIX supports BMP, JPEG, and Photo CD files for Win95 and PICT, JPEG, Photo CD files for Macintosh. Images can be positioned on the sticker in a "What you see is what you get" format - although I found the controls a little confusing (probably because I'm used to Photoshop).
StickerPIX comes with special perforated glossy paper for printing 16 stickers per sheet. I found setting up the printer a little tricky for printing on this unusual sized paper. Refills of this special paper are $4.00 for 5 sheets of 16 stickers. With a good quality inkjet printer (720 dpi), the stickers look great on the glossy paper. You could of course print the pictures on sticky back Avery stock.
Overall recommendation: StickerPIX is a Way Cool program! It's really a bargin at this price.
